Hayta Motors — Customer & Service Mobile App Privacy Policy

  • Scope: Covers services and membership processes offered to Hayta Motors customers and visitors.
  • Data collected: First name, last name, email, phone number, vehicle plate / service history, and location data.
  • Permissions: Location permission may be requested to show the nearest service point; notification permission may be requested for campaigns and service reminders.
  • Data sharing: Your data is processed only to improve service quality and to meet legal obligations.
  • Account deletion: You can delete your account and data at any time via the in-app “Delete my account” button or by emailing iletisim@hadeselektronik.com.
