This policy is provided in English for App Store and Google Play review teams, and in Turkish and other site languages.

This privacy policy applies to the HadesManager mobile application published by Hades Elektronik. It is written so that App Store / Google Play reviewers and users can clearly understand our data practices and the camera permission request.

No data collection

HadesManager does not collect, store, or share any personal data, location data, or usage statistics.

Permissions — camera use

Camera permission is used only for real-time, on-device barcode and QR code scanning.

No data collection

The app does not send identity information, contact details, location, or analytics/telemetry from your account or device to our servers. We do not use advertising, tracking, or behavioral analytics SDKs.

  • No personal data (name, email, phone, identifiers, etc.) is collected.
  • Location data is not requested or stored.
  • No usage statistics, crash reports, or analytics events are sent.
  • Because no data is collected, none can be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.

Permissions — camera use

Scanning happens entirely on your device. Captured images, camera frames, or scan recordings are not transmitted to our servers, not stored permanently on the device, and not shared with third parties. The camera is active only while the scanner screen is open and permission has been granted.

  • Purpose: read barcodes / QR codes for stock and product workflows.
  • Processing: the code value is decoded on-device; no image file is created.
  • No transmission: no camera imagery is sent over the internet or to a server.
  • No storage: scan frames are not written to the photo library or app storage.

Scope

This policy describes the data and permission behavior of the current HadesManager app. Optional inquiry forms on the Hades Elektronik website are separate and contain only the information you choose to submit.

Children’s privacy

Because HadesManager does not collect personal data, it does not collect, store, or share personal data from children under 13.

If this text is updated, the last-updated date on this page will change. Material changes will be communicated via the app or this website.
